Can chemical peels make skin worse?

The simple answer is no. A chemical skin peel is a treatment used to improve the look, texture, and tone of the face. It works by applying an acid to lower the skin’s pH levels this causes the dead skin cells to disconnect and peel off from the healthy skin – exfoliating and stimulating new skin cell growth.
