Sophie Walters Lash Specialist

My name is Sophie Walters, I am the director and founder of SW lash extension specialist and training academy, I’m Also a Mum to a young little boy called Harley Huw he is nearly 5 years old and he is my why to my business why I started this journey. I have also brought out my own luxury lash products working in the lash industry you start to know what products work best and what can make your life easier and comes with creating incredible results.  My company has been running for 5 years and I have been in the beauty industry for 10 years I am currently a master lash technician and working up always.

I started off leaving school and studying beauty to then go to working on the make up counters but at the age of 20 years old I had reached my full potential and gone as far as I could of gone in that line of work so I decided to head towards my dream and open a salon I picked up my skills I learnt a few years before and slowly I realised where my passion laid, lashing its become less like a job and more like a paid hobby I call it as I love doing lashes if I’m not with a client I’m practicing, I am always striving to become the best for my clients and forever improving my skills to get better results.

​I have trained with numerous of trainers from all over the world, Germany, LA, London and I have a few more booked in I have also attended lash conferences and I will be competing at the end of the year in a competition I think education on such a new revolutionary treatment is vital to performing the perfect treatment and also taking care of clients lashes.

I have decided after seeing so many fatal half hearted courses I have now completely designed my own course with all information and techniques I have learnt over the years compacted into one course teaching something I’m so passionate about comes as easy to me and I can not wait to meet all my students and guide them into becoming a successful lash artist.

We also do lots of other treatments in the salon but I do try to limit the treatments to perfect each one as they say jack of all trades master of none.

I hope that this information gives you a bit more information of the girl behind the brand I’m just your regular small town girl trying to build my empire one lash at a time. Each one of my clients mean the absolute world to me and I love our little lash sessions.
